Quartet Books is an independent publisher with a tradition of pursuing an alternative to the mainstream.
Brief
I’ve edited a number of their books, from memoirs to short story collections, to nonfiction essays. I can offer a copy edit, or a full book edit taking into consideration story structure, character arc and style. One book I particularly enjoyed working on was Darling Baby Mine, a heartbreaking memoir by John de St. Jorre.
